We work with adults (18 and older) for nutrition counselling.

If you would like to get started with a NutritionRx Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist, we’d love to hear from you! We offer nutrition coaching via video sessions or in-person at our London, Ontario, Canada office. 🇨🇦

Please email info@nutritionrx.ca and we’ll share our clinic availability to get you booked in for your first session.

Please Include:

• Name: first and last name
• Summary: a quick summary about yourself and what type of nutrition support you’re looking for
• Nutrition Package: which 1-on-1 nutrition package you are most interested in (i.e. Quick Tune-Up, Nutrition Transformation, or Nutrition Transformation + Fitness)
• Phone Number (Optional): the best phone number to reach you at if you have any further questions you'd like answered
